Returns & Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original L'OBJET gift box and shipping carton to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
